The mission of the Center for Engineered Health is to facilitate translational research across discipline boundaries in the area of biomedical devices. We aim to tackle health disparities using innovative engineering-based solutions with three focus areas: Cancer Engineering, Targeted Delivery to the Brain, and Microfluidics for Precision Medicine.


Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, and Virginia Commonwealth University will host a joing NanoSymposium on Engineered Health in Roanoke, VA on April 26-27. The Center for Engineered Health is the lead sponsor and organizer for this event.
