The Distinguished Seminar Series from the ICTAS Center for Engineered health brings talented researchers at the forefront of biotechnology and bioengineering to Virginia Tech to share their insights and exchange ideas. The Institute for Critical Technology and Applied Science (ICTAS) at Virginia Tech houses labs and shared spaces designed to spark creativity and catalyze interdisciplinary research in high-impact areas, including bioengineering. The ICTAS Center for Engineered Health facilitates translational, cross-disciplinary research on biomedical devices. We aim to tackle health disparities using innovative engineering-based solutions with three focus areas: Cancer Engineering, Targeted Delivery to the Brain, and Microfluidics for Precision Medicine.
